Create classes, review learner requests and manage invitations without exposing a full school directory.
Send selected quizzes or focused practice to a class, group or individual learner.
See who has attempted assigned work and review available outcomes before planning the next lesson.
Use subject, chapter and practice summaries to spot where support may be needed across the class.
Share a concern with linked guardians using a reason and severity, while keeping a clear record of the action.
Send an important update to one linked guardian or the families connected to a class, with phone alerts for recipients.
Consent-based connection
Membership is request-based. A learner can find a teacher and ask to join, or a teacher can invite a learner to the correct class.
Learners can search by teacher name, school, username or linking code. Teachers can send an invitation from their class roster.
The receiving person reviews the request or invitation before membership is created, reducing accidental class links.
Once accepted, the teacher can assign work, review supported results and communicate through the class relationship.
Privacy by relationship
Teachers receive learning information relevant to their classes and assigned work. Grade 12 Teacher is not designed to expose private learner conversations or provide constant device monitoring.
Clear expectations
Teachers will not be notified every time each learner opens or backgrounds the learner app. Class views will focus on useful learning summaries, assigned work and outcomes so attention stays on teaching rather than noisy presence signals.
